How Vamana handles your data.

What we collect
When you create a Vamana link we collect: your first name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and the profile details you provide (what you sell, booking link, free resource link, and optional enrichment fields). When a lead completes your qualifier we record their three answers (budget, timeline, need), their name and WhatsApp number if they choose to share them, and the resulting stage classification. None of this is shared or sold.
Where it’s stored
Rep profiles and lead data are stored in Cloudflare D1 — a SQLite-based database hosted on Cloudflare’s global network. Your data is isolated per account. You access your dashboard via a private URL that contains a unique token; anyone with that URL can view your leads, so keep it private.
How we use it
Rep profile data is used solely to generate personalised lead classifications and WhatsApp openers. Lead answer data is used to rank your inbox and compute your opener. We do not use your data to train models, serve ads, or build profiles for third parties.
Cookies & tracking
The lead qualifier and rep dashboard set no third-party cookies. The interactive demo on the home page records anonymous events (which niche you picked, whether you completed the demo) to help us improve it — these never include your name, WhatsApp, or any identifier.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated lead data at any time by writing to srijay2002raj@gmail.com. We'll confirm deletion within 7 days. Leads can request removal of their submission by contacting the rep who shared the link, or by emailing us directly.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. We'll email reps before substantive changes take effect.
